In order to create a soft and flaky texture, Taiwan braised beef is cooked continuously until the fragrance is released. The aroma of the spices and the rich flavor will linger in your mouth!
Our Shoyu (‘Soy Sauce’) ramen has a clear brown broth, based on a pork stock with plenty of soy sauce added resulting in a soup that is tangy and savory yet still fairly light on the palate.
In order to create the richest taste, the Tonkotsu (‘pork bones’) broth is cooked for long hours. Its taste as smooth as milk; as mellow as silk. This special pork-based broth is the key of Sheng Ramen’s Tonkotsu ramen.

This unique braising sauce is made by our experienced chef with secret formulation. The sauce is rich in taste with strong aroma simply braising food in reddish easily. Topped with the beef shank/slices, the dried ramen mixes with the sauce. It’s simple but delicious.
The a nutty, slightly sweet sesame sauce mixing with dried ramen contributes a creamy and bold flavor.
